The Saskatoon Stampede Pro Rodeo is the first sanctioned CPRA event in the 2009 CPRA rodeo season and the final three (3) performances prior to the Canadian Finals Rodeo in Edmonton, Alberta. This unique feature will ensure that the Saskatoon Stampede Pro Rodeo secures the very elite competitors in Canada. Seven (7) rodeo events will be featured at each performance with over 150 cowboys and cowgirls competing and the top scores of the contestants at the three (3) performances will determines who the Saskatoon Stampede Pro Rodeo Event Champions will be. The famous Franklin Rodeo Company has been selected as the events Stock Contractor. They have a reputation for providing the most powerful, athletic bucking stock in Canada that is guaranteed to test the competitors and thrill the audience.
